Coming to the time that everyone was waiting for...the obligatory Table Shot. Last year we had the total of 98 Panerai watches showing on the pool table. Since it's been a year that weve built and spread out the Panerai virus and people get infected very easily by the charming characters of the watch....so let find out what we had this year.
Firstly, we strated to devide all Panerai watches into small groups: the PreVendomes and A Series, the PVDs and Ceramics, the Radiomirs, and the Submersibles.

The PreVendomes, PreAs, and A-Series.....

Can I have this one?

I changed my mind, I'm gonna have those two, is that fine for you guys?

A guy taking VDO and he will broadcast our party and those spectacular table shots on the TV program. From the pic, he was taking a close clean focus on the PreV 'LOGO' (5218-201A).

He also needs more to put on screen, the 201As, 301A (with James Bond nato strap), 203A, and 22A....

Rotag: Those are mine, I'm going to put them on the Collector Markets very soon. Just VDO them and give the tape to me. I'm sure I will miss them so much when theyre all gone.

The Ceramics and PVDs.....

The Radiomirs...

The 249 California dial reproduction...

The Submersibles...

24A polished and without minute marks on the bezel...

25A titanium with clean bezel and hobnail dial...

29A....check!

How can you miss Mr.SLYtech....

Here it comes to the greatest moment of ThaiPaneristi community. The table shot of the wonderful night. Starting with clearing out the table to make some rooms....

Rotag tried not to mess up all watches, so he called out each and every single watch owners name by name to show up and put his/her watch(es) onto the pool table. I'll let the pixs speak.....

Then, the showdown of all watches on the table. Let see them all !!

The very next thing that we had to do was doing the mathematic by counting 1, 2, 3, 4,.... It took quite a while, double check, triple check until we had the correct number of total watches. Can you make a rough guess how many total Panerais we had on the table?

The answer: There were the total of 208 pannies at this special night. This is the biggest table shot that we've ever made since we had the getting together. I have to admit that this table shot made our hearts beat faster and faster. Every time I pulled my head up, I only saw the the same smiling faces from people standing around.
It was not just the watches, but the unity of a group of people that have the same passion and tried to have one great moment. It was really great to see this 'one for all and all for one'. I'm sure that this pictures will be nailed in our memory for good.
After the table shot, there was another exciting moment. One of my fellow moderator, Rotag, he brought along his collection such as 201A, 2A, 9A, PAM40 and put them on the table. When all shot were taken, everyone started to get their watches back until Rotag's turn. Surprisingly, he couldn't find his beloved 9A!! Well, someone was playing a joke on him and he almost lost his breathe. I think that was the good lesson don't leave your nice patina alone. Just look at his face when he got his black pearl back on possession.

That's almost all that we had, BUT.....we prepared something special for one of the class act in paneristi communitycan you make a guess? Ill give you a hint by this pic.

I believe some of you guys might recall what all these watches have in common. Any clue?
Ok, lets turn it upside down.....
BoooooooooooooM!!......

It's HAMMER time guys!!!
Why do we have to make this strap for the table shot?
Well, as you all know, WWII Ammo Strap for Hammer (Limited Edition of 150 straps) was made for Paneristis who attended the Southern California Gathering in August 18th, 2007, to support Hammer for the project walk. We really want to be part of the PW, unfortunately... traveling from Thailand to join the SoCal was not the very easy way to do. But when we saw Bruce&Donna put the number of those unowned straps on their webpage for sale, we were so glad that this is one of the easiest way to make contributions as Bruce&Donna will donate US$50 from the sale of each strap to Hammer fund.
We then, asked our members who own the Kevin's ammo straps to brought along this special strap and make some table shots for Alan the Hammer to show our supportive. Hammer, stay strong and you will always have our support...M8tes is Gr8!!
Before I finish my post, allow me to make a very special thanks to Jay Pulli, represented the P.com moderator team, who kindly sent the short VDO (well, not quite short for your 3 minutes impressive words and cool goodies) to congratulate our community for this special occasion. Millions thanks to Eng Tay for his very special PreVendome Logo '5218-201A' Print-out, Volker Wiegmann for another VDO clip, Farhad who wrote us his support and best wishes, Kiyong for sending us the beautiful accessories boxes.
Also, GSD by Greg Stevens, Manifatture Firenze, Zeugma Straps by Nuri, Simona Straps by our lovely lady Simona, Strap Culture, Pendulum (the sole AD for Panerai watch in Thailand), Redmoon Company, Kijinkan Osaka (Panerai catalogues), Aaron (aka HK tan), TCstraps, and MPstraps.
Now the ThaiPaneristis Group Shot before everyone heading back home with happiness. We had more than 70 freaks gathering in our wonderful evening.

Last but not least, who said 'wonderful watches, wonderful collection'... You should see this first - the beautiful woman who came to share but stole some interests from our members...especially while we were having the table shot. Gotta luv her smile...huh??

Sorry for bad photos but thanks to you guys for stopping by and taking a look at my post. I hope you guys have fun with my report and all pics. C y'all next year.
Cheers
